Jessica and Chris’ wedding day at Fishermen’s Inn – Elburn was one where you crossed your fingers all morning saying, “please don’t rain today for this awesome couples wedding day!”. With an outdoor romantic garden inspired ceremony planned; rain would have put a big damper on their nuptials. I think God listened and decided to let the showers go elsewhere and just before ceremony time a peak of light made it’s appearance. The result was some gorgeous shots captured by Laura Myer Photography under the custom birch arch we adorned with florals for these two love birds.
Purple, plum, lavendar, blush, and fuschia all made an appearance throughout the days floral design. We also used some of our vintage gold candlesticks and gold vases to add a little late night twinkle to the reception set-up. Jessica’s lace gown and the danty floral crowns she provided for each of her bridesmaids and flower girl really gave it that garden look.
We had such a please creating for this down-to-earth couple, and wish them lots of love and happiness as they start this journey into married life. Now, onto the photos that Laura Myer Photography so graciously shared with us!
