It’s Valentine’s Day and today is all about love, so we decided to share one of our weddings from this past year that we totally love! Not only are we loving our past couple, Valerie and John, but also everything from their snowy shots in the woods to the pretty red floral paper details throughout the day. We really enjoyed creating a romantic, elegant feel for this couple’s big day at Fishermen’s Inn – Elburn.
When it came to the personals; Valerie carried a cascade bouquet full of deep reds, burgundy, and white blooms that complimented her lace gown beautifully. Simple white rose boutonnières were used for the groomsmen dressed in their traditional bow-tie tuxedos.
When guests entered the main dinner area of Fishermen’s Inn they were greeted with various fresh green garlands on the tables, and TONS of candlelight with gold accents. Fresh sugared berries and greenery were also added to the tiered cake created by Vanilla Sugar Bakery. Yum!
If this wedding doesn’t speak warm, rustic, winter wedding then I don’t know what does. We have so many favorites from XO Azuree Photography who captured the day. Here are just a few!
