Not only do I get to work with great couples for their wedding, but great families. Referrals are my bread and butter, and it’s always a pleasure to continue the celebration by working with other siblings, relatives and friends. I was so excited when Allyson’s mom had contacted me to help with her floral design for her wedding being held at Ovation Chicago. I had recently designed Allyson’s sister’s wedding at Acquaviva Winery (you can check it out here!), which included a beautiful wood arch custom made by the father of the bride. I knew that Allyson’s ceremony would be just as stunning, and it was! Dad killed it again with custom-made wood pillars that held a sea of floral. The modern, yet industrial setting at Ovation is so unique for weddings, and I would highly recommend it. The day consisted of a quick room flip from ceremony to reception, and Jennifer Jackson Photography was there to capture all of our work along the way. To say the photos are gorgeous would be an understatement. It was hard trying to narrow things down, but here are just a few favorites from Allyson and Yogy’s special day!
